A little confused by taxation

Hello folks, I have a question regarding taxation, when buying from China, exporting overseas but being registered in Hong Kong.
I have recently registered my business in Hong Kong, one of the main reasons being the exemption from Profit Tax. We are buying from Mainland China and exporting goods to the UK and sometimes Australia and America.
So..... I am aware there is 0% on Profit Tax with the exemption. Can anybody advise on other taxes payable, if any ? Such as income tax and salaries tax - do we have to pay these if we are not actually residing in Hong Kong ?(residing in Mainland China)
Thanks
