Shipping from China to USA

I am looking at buying a salt fog chamber from china that is $1700 usd 4x3x4ft. What are the costs for you to handle the transaction and shipping? Never bought from china before. There cost is $1700 to los angels california but I am in redwood city california.

1) product name and specification
2) packing and packing dimension
3) do you prefer to ship by sea or by air? Do you want DDP service(means deliver the product to your designated address, instead of airport or seaport)?
4) do you need us to handle exportation in China as well? Does the chinese supplier has export license?
